- I am an experienced Lean leader with over 12 years of experience leading and developing teams. I directed and engaged teams in the distribution warehouse, focusing on improving overall workflow, 5S, increased visual management, and performance huddles.
- For example, in one of my roles as Supply Chain Lean Transformation Project Manager, I aligned 26 projects which included three technology platform upgrades, an integration, and an automation project. During this, I led over 300 team members in aligning and tracking their projects to success and completion. I focused on having accountability and visibility to leadership throughout this process by utilizing the Obeya room concept.
- While at a large non-profit healthcare system in West Michigan, I had the privilege to learn from a team of former Toyota Production System-trained Black belts and Sensei. I am Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified. I have provided over 1600 hours of corporate training and developed Lean content to meet the organization's needs.
