Meet The Founder
Hi, I’m Lorelei Vargo.
I’ve spent my career working alongside teams who care deeply about their work—but are held back by inefficient systems, constant fire-fighting, and processes that don’t serve them. I believe work should be purposeful and effective, not exhausting.
With over 20 years of experience leading Lean improvements in healthcare, PACE centers, and manufacturing, I help leaders simplify operations, create flow, and build systems that give teams their time and confidence back. My approach is practical, respectful, and focused on results that actually last.
I started Vargo Innovations because I believe every team deserves the chance to thrive. I’m passionate about helping good teams become great and helping overwhelmed teams find joy and confidence in their work again.
I see too many leaders and staff burdened by frustration, inefficiency, and processes that make their jobs harder than they need to be.
My mission is to teach leaders how to empower their teams to eliminate waste, reduce confusion, and eliminate daily struggles, enabling people to bring their best to work every day. At its core, Vargo Innovations exists to build better systems that support better work — for leaders, teams, and those they serve.
